Summary:

The Vice President of Product is an entrepreneurial, growth-minded leader who is motivated in a start-up environment, passionate about iteration and delivering excellence to consumers and agents alike. With demonstrated product, communication, and leadership skills, the Vice President is responsible for leading RealSure’s team of product managers, user experience researchers, and visual designers to build world-class customer experiences that will change the future of residential real estate.

Responsibilities:

Inspire, lead and grow a product management and user experience organization; proven ability to develop a strong product team through recruiting, training and ongoing coaching.

Create and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy and roadmap; facilitate the planning and execution of all products across the organization.

Proven ability to execute consistently, rapidly and effectively; define best processes and practices required for releasing a continuous stream of new products enhancements.

Oversee the product development process from inception to product delivery and deliver rapid innovation.

Lead product planning and road-mapping to achieve desired business outcomes.

Ability to instill a strong product culture within the organization leading a team that understands the importance of continuous and rapid testing and the need to make mistakes in order to learn and mitigate risk.

Collaborate with members of the executive, engineering, service delivery & operations, program design & experience, and marketing teams to define the company product strategy.

Work closely with human resources to lead the team with integrity; establish and maintain a diverse, trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in product management and program leadership.

2-3 years of experience excelling in a highly matrixed environment with ability to work across multiple partners successfully.

Motivated by solving new problems, proactive about making large pivots to serve customers.

Fluent in analyzing a broad range and large volume of data and research, and an expert in translating them into product enhancements.

Proven history of successfully managing multiple product efforts.

Deep foundational understanding of the principles of agile development, software engineering, user experience and user research.

Outward passion for product development.

Must be able to operate well under ambiguity, have a desire to grow, and respond well to feedback.

Excellent oral and written communication and high degree of confidence in presentation skills required.

Ability to influence at all levels.

This role is 100% remote; however, the ideal candidate will be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.
