Position Summary
The primary goal of the Franchise Sales team is to grow brand market share. We are currently looking for a
Managing Regional Vice President (MRVP), Franchise Sales for Coldwell Banker Realty.
The successful candidate will manage and lead their regionally based sales team to drive increased market share.
This position is fully remote for the foreseeable future. As we come out of the pandemic and are sure that it’s safe to resume operations, this role will be required to travel up to 75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, cultivate, manage and track conversion franchise and M&A opportunities for Coldwell Banker Realty through their respective sales teams.
Ensure personal and team monthly forecasts and commitments are met.
Meet/exceed annual quota targets through conversions, roll-ins and M&A activity.
Assist the Senior Vice President of Sales for Coldwell Banker Realty in leading a regional team of consultative sales professionals.
Recruit results-oriented, consultative, best in class sales professionals that will exceed quota targets.
Teach, train, coach, develop and evaluate the regional sales team.
Lead coach and direct Franchise Sales Directors through the franchise sales affiliation process.
Create and execute against a strategic business plan to achieve growth goals.
Ensure compliance with and review of the franchise application process.
Manage for the overall application timeline and expense budget maintenance.
Review, edit, approve sales opportunities through a proprietary CRM Software system.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
7 years experience in long term/multi-step consultative sales experience.
5 years sales management preferred and a strong track record of achieving results through others.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven success in meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly and annual growth targets.
Numerical aptitude.
Superb time management skills and ability to multi-task under high pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively, to motivate, convince and influence people.
M&A experience.
Strong negotiation, problem solving, territory management and interpersonal skills required.
Advanced knowledge of the sales process.
Advanced organizational skills and computer skills.
Working knowledge of complex real estate operations and their budgets and financial statements.
Stellar presentation skills.
Approximately 75% travel (once safe to travel).
Must reside close to a major airport.
Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to meet desired objectives with minimal to no supervision.
This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
