The Vice President of Affiliate Services supports the retention, revenue growth, and profitability of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates in the Central Region of the United States. This role requires strong leadership, support, direction, and communication to the Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates.

This role serves as the primary liaison between the Affiliate and the brand and will promote the brand’s offerings to drive growth and profitability in affiliate offices. You will directly contact the affiliates and build relationships to gain their support on company initiatives, foster a collaborative culture, and facilitate affiliate growth, agent recruiting, agent retention, and brand engagement.

The Vice President of Affiliate Services reports directly to the SVP, Global Servicing and Strategy and requires 60% travel to visit the assigned affiliate offices.

What you’ll do:

Participate in business planning, strategic growth initiatives, and all affiliate transitions for the assigned affiliate offices.

Assist senior management in the design of service strategies.

Act as liaison between affiliates and corporate to provide information regarding resources and programs available through the network.

Collaborate with affiliates to increase broker profitability and identify and drive ancillary revenue opportunities.

Drive adoption of marketing initiatives by introducing tools and methodologies to increase rates of usage and engagement.

Provide support and assistance on agent recruiting and retention programs.

Provide training to affiliate leaders and agents on brand tools and brand value proposition.

Maintain the integrity of the brand, and ensure compliance with the identity standards manual and policies and procedures.

What you’ll bring to the team:

8 years of related experience including team leadership experience.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Residential real estate brokerage management experience strongly preferred.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and platform delivery skills.

Ability to influence, collaborate, and build credible relationships with enterprise clients.

Ability to establish credibility and trust with a wide range of people internally and externally.

Experience in strategic business planning with a results-focused approach.

High-end/luxury brand experience, strongly desired.

Ability to travel 60% of the time.
