Your Qualifications:

Recognized real estate leader, with 8 years progressive sales and management experience; proven track record of sales excellence with demonstrated leadership credibility.

Manager and motivator, with proven ability to effectively manage all levels of the organization; train, motivate and lead branch managers and sales associates and employees in accordance with company standards.

Problem solver, with excellent project management skills who can analyze unique situations, and creatively solve problems.

Results driven, with strong business and financial acumen and demonstrated profit and loss responsibility.

Outstanding communicator, with exceptional people-to-people skills; persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills.

Technologically proficient, with familiarity of various operating systems and programs on PCs and Macs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe programs.
