THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Partner Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of programs designed to strengthen our relationships with key tech alliance partners, cloud partners, and resellers. You'll build and execute co-marketing plans, design partner incentives, develop enablement programs, and ensure seamless collaboration to drive pipeline and revenue. This role is a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building strong partnerships. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Channel Sales, Channel Operations, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering and Sales Enablement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute partner programs that align with Cyera's business objectives, including co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and incentive plans. Co-Marketing: Create integrated marketing plans with partners, including campaigns, events, webinars, and demand generation activities. Enablement Programs: Design training and enablement tools to ensure partners can effectively position and sell Cyera solutions. Incentives: Develop and manage partner incentive programs to drive engagement and performance. Relationship Management & Communication: Act as the primary liaison for strategic partners, ensuring alignment, support, and ongoing collaboration. Performance Metrics: Track and report on the success of partner programs, optimizing for better results over time. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with channel sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to ensure alignment and execution. Partner Event Management: Plan a combination of virtual/in-person events for our partner audience including trainings, Partner Advisory Council, webinars, and networking events. Partner Communications: Facilitate partner communications as part of a broader plan across various channels (email, social, portal, etc.), driving continuous improvement in communication effectiveness and engagement metrics. Partner Content Management: Partnerize content as necessary to align with partner needs and preferences. Oversee the creation and promotion of content generated for the partner audience in the Partner Portal. Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel management, or a related role, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS. Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem, including resellers, tech alliances, and cloud partners. Ideally experience with AWS, tech alliances, and WWT, Guidepoint, and Trace3. Experience building and managing co-marketing plans and enablement programs. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing performance. Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
