Collaborate with technical teams to understand and address cybersecurity concerns and forensic investigations. Communicate complex privacy and cybersecurity issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay current with developments in data privacy and security laws and regulations. Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and best practices in privacy and cybersecurity. Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in privacy and data protection law, focusing on cybersecurity. Proven experience advising on privacy and security obligations and handling data security incidents. Experience defending clients in regulatory investigations related to privacy and security. Law firm or in-house experience with privacy and cybersecurity breach response or litigation is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage a complex workload and prioritize tasks effectively. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Skills: Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
