Vice President Luxury Marketing - Remote Location: Madison, NJ, United States Posted on: May 04, 2021 Profile: The Vice President, Global Luxury will report to and work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and be the public facing leader and luxury agent engagement catalyst of the Global Luxury program. S/he will play the lead role in the adoption, enhancement and growth of the Global Luxury program and luxury listings across the Coldwell Banker network. Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program overview: The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury marketing program allows Luxury Property Specialists to seamlessly connect with the world’s most affluent clientele. It offers agents the power of a global network of 95,000 Coldwell Banker affiliated agents located in 3,000 offices in over 40 countries and territories around the world. The Global Luxury program is the marquee platform for Luxury Property Specialists within the Coldwell Banker network. Key Responsibilities: Lead: Serve as the “luxury leader” in aligning Coldwell Banker Global Luxury strategy with our Brands business goals and objectives. Lead an excellent team of experienced luxury directors. Drive: Develop, communicate and execute Coldwell Banker Global Luxury strategies that grow the program while maintaining the highest standards of excellence. Track: Monitor global luxury trends and category developments, as well as local market trends to better position Coldwell Banker. Educate: Train real estate professionals how to grow luxury market sales and customer base. Consult: Be a resource for Luxury Property Specialists and broker/owners across our network when guidance is needed. Collaborate: Support the overall program and content deliverables to consumers and the network. Seek: Identify strategic partnerships that complement Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. Plan: Establish regular forum for feedback and consolidate insights from agents and the field. Inspire: Foster current talent as the luxury thought leader developing an environment that will attract and retain the best in luxury agents. Minimum Requirements: Exemplary track record in marketing and sales of luxury goods and services. Real estate experience strongly preferred. Has a global approach and understands the mindset of affluent customers. Ability to teach real estate brokers and agents how to develop luxury programs and campaigns. Has developed a strong presence in social media. Strategic luxury marketing program development, including standards, and performance metrics. Excellent ability to collaborate with teams, and lead cross-functional projects. Exceptional presentation skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and creative environment. Superior communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to manage difficult and challenging circumstances while exceeding customer satisfaction. Past experience in developing luxury partnerships.
