Job Summary:
The Java Curam Senior Programmer Analyst will be a key team member responsible for supporting the Department of Social Services case management system. This system utilizes Java, the Cram framework, and Oracle technologies. The role involves progressing through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for assigned tasks, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation in project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
•Progress on assigned SDLC tasks, including feature and bug fixes.
•Deliver weekly progress updates for development team code reviews.
•Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing weekly status updates on feature or bug progress.
•Maintain consistent communication and status updates, ensuring bi-weekly reporting at minimum.
•Update tasks in Azure DevOps boards corresponding to work efforts.
•Enter and update information in ServiceNow for assigned feature or bug fix items.
Required Qualifications:
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following:
•Java development
•Cram framework
•Oracle PL/SQL
•Proven experience providing programming support for a case management system in a Social Services or Human Services department/agency.
•Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to pass a stringent criminal background check.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
