Job Description
We are hiring for a Seasonal Tax Preparer in Waukesha, WI. This role will start in January and run through the end of the season in mid-April. You will be responsible for assisting a successful public accounting firm who supports individuals and small businesses with their taxes. If you have at least one year of accounting experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Seasonal Tax Preparer Responsibilities:
Enter tax returns (1040s and some schedule Bs)
Organize electronic documents
Correspond with clients - walking them through the tax questionnaire for tax drop offs, answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.
Ad hoc projects from the partners
Requirements:
At least one year of accounting experience
New grads are welcome to apply - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Detail oriented and professional
Dedicated to the tax season

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
