We are offering a contract for a HR Generalist position in Phoenix, Arizona. Operating within the realms of the manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation industry, the role necessitates a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days from home.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and manage HR functions such as employee relations and compliances
• Oversee and manage the utilization of ADP Workforce Now and other financial services software
• Maintain effective communication with senior management based in Phoenix and other locations
• Engage in ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and other HR related software for effective HR management
• Manage FMLA and other employee benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
• Handle credit applications from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer credit records as per the industry standards and company policies
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing high-quality customer service
• Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.• HR Generalist role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required.
• Familiarity with Ceridian is essential.
• Experience with Dayforce is a must.
• Ability to perform Benefit Functions is needed.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Must have a strong understanding of compliance protocols.
• Experience in managing Employee Relations is necessary.
• Familiarity with FMLA is a requirement.
