Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Healthcare billing corporation seeking an HR Coordinator for a 3 month contract role. If you have at least 1 year of HR experience this is the ideal role for you. Apply now and call 703-620-6444

Responsibilities:

• · Manage the daily HCC/New Hire Tracker and process new hires including sending welcome emails, contracts via DocuSign, and collecting signed documents.

  · Ensure background checks clear and set up new hires with email credentials, ADP, and EHP.

  · Coordinate the offboarding process by updating the tracker, submitting IT access removal tickets, and terminating employees in ADP after payroll.

  · Order and manage ISP reports for access requests.

  · Send background checks for Vaya/Connect/Lotus audits, perform SAM OIG and NSO checks, and ensure timely approval and documentation.

  · Assist with SOC and compliance reporting by sending necessary documents and uploading required files to the shared drive.

  · Order office supplies, coordinate catering (lunch, breakfast, and dinner reservations) for meetings and events.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• At least 1 year HR Experience
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with ADP
• Microsoft Office Proficient
