Community Service Officer

Government Jobs - Temporary - $20.00 Hourly Community Service Officers (CSO) are uniformed, unarmed civilians assigned to supplement sworn police officers in the enforcement of city ordinances and other duties. The position is a part-time, entry-level job intended for individuals interested in pursuing a future career in law enforcement. A CSO will work in an environment that encourages the development of problem-solving and decision-making skills while providing many opportunities to enhance interpersonal communication abilities.
