Manage eDiscovery responsibilities for intricate litigation cases. Supervise and coordinate the execution of projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Draft and negotiate discovery-related agreements, protocols, and orders. Serve as the primary contact for internal legal teams, partners, and clients regarding eDiscovery strategies and progress. Oversee document review teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with workflows. Design and implement document review processes, including quality control protocols. Provide training and mentorship to document review attorneys to enhance performance. Develop accurate budgets, and cost estimates, and manage monthly revenue forecasting and invoice reviews. Cultivate a collaborative, positive team environment. Requirements
3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery, gained in a law firm, corporate, or governmental setting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high-performance standards. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction of California or eligible for admission. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited institution. Certifications
Active bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction. Skills
Superior organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Proficiency in eDiscovery technologies and processes. Creative problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.
