Restaurant Manager/ AGM Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and develop team.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Build rapport with Team Members and Guests with a "Whatever it Takes." approach.
- Have a keen eye for Quality; SCRATCH food menu.
- Uncompromising eye toward Attention to Detail.
- Positive attitude, problem-solver and passionate Leader.
- Motivation to excel in a growing company!
Restaurant Manager/ AGM Qualifications:
- Impeccable Integrity
- 2+ years leadership experience in a Casual Dining restaurant or similar.
- SCRATCH MENU experience; uncompromising standards.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including PNL management and cost control.
- Hands-on approach to Training and Developing Team Members.
- Strong Leadership qualities- communication and flexibility are a MUST!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Servant-Leadership; Hands-on approach. MUST be Friendly and Interactive.
