Job Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent and high-quality standard of cleanliness and organization in breakrooms, coffee machines, equipment, and water dispensers. It also involves office maintenance tasks, including light cleaning, ordering, and restocking office supplies. The role reports directly to the Site Manager and requires frequent walking. The work is performed as part of a team of 3, with varying daily routes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakrooms, coffee machines, and water dispensers
• Perform light office maintenance tasks such as wiping and dusting
• Order and restock office supplies within the department
• Ensure the cleanliness of common areas and equipment
• Walk and perform duties across multiple locations as part of a team of 3
• Adapt to changing routes and tasks on a daily basis
Required Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to walk and perform tasks throughout the day
• Basic office maintenance knowledge and experience
