Job Description
The Receptionist/Administrative person is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and is responsible for facilitating the efficient operation of the company through a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Maintain a functional and tidy reception area (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages, handle mail, packages, and deliveries, order and stock office and kitchen supplies Issue office key cards, parking, and business cards, provide backup support for other administrative assistants. Liaise with building management Maintain office machines Assist with company events and business meetings Arrange cards, flowers, and gifts as needed. Manage corporate memberships and subscriptions and support additional administrative duties as required
