We are seeking an Administrative Executive Assistant with strong Finance & Accounting Experience to join our team of Multi-National company! You will provide high-level administrative support for the CEO at our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of CEO
  • Banking & Payroll
  • Communications with local and international suppliers
  • Review daily e-mail communications of CEO and reply
  • Communications with international customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, strong in accounting & finance.
  • Experience with International Shipping & Forwarding
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to details
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
