JenJac’s a growing aerospace company is seeking an experienced Admin/Purchasing Assistant to join our team and support the front-end office functions in multiple areas to include filing, shipping/receiving, purchasing, planning, and others within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities/daily tasks- Purchase material, tools, office supplies, and other items related to the aerospace manufacturing and cabinetry industry.
- Maintain accurate and organize documentation of all interactions and inquiries, whether from clients or other parties.
- Submit tickets to IT department nor handle internet troubleshooting.
- Handle confidential business matters and maintain smooth operations of office when the management is unavailable.
- Collect vendor invoices, process bills and remit payments.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work areas.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the company handbook.
- Complete other task as required by management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge or purchasing skills.
- Experienced using Microsoft Office applications.
- Two (2) years of administrative and purchasing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality or sensitive information
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week and some weekends.
