JenJac’s a growing aerospace company is seeking an experienced Admin/Purchasing Assistant to join our team and support the front-end office functions in multiple areas to include filing, shipping/receiving, purchasing, planning, and others within the aerospace manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities/daily tasks
  • Purchase material, tools, office supplies, and other items related to the aerospace manufacturing and cabinetry industry.
  • Maintain accurate and organize documentation of all interactions and inquiries, whether from clients or other parties.
  • Submit tickets to IT department nor handle internet troubleshooting.
  • Handle confidential business matters and maintain smooth operations of office when the management is unavailable.
  • Collect vendor invoices, process bills and remit payments.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work areas.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the company handbook.
  • Complete other task as required by management.


Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge or purchasing skills.
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Two (2) years of administrative and purchasing experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality or sensitive information
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week and some weekends.
