The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in civil litigation cases, trial work preferred. Job Description: The firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in civil litigation cases, trial work preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a passion for litigation and desire to grow within a renowned firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex civil litigation cases.
- Oversee all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and trial.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on litigation matters and potential risks.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- In good standing with Texas Bar Association.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with significant trial experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a large caseload efficiently.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy abilities.
- 1st or 2nd chair trial experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases from pre-trial through trial and appeal.
- Strong collaborative and team-building skills.
