Senior Recruiters at Specialized play a critical role in driving the future of our brand and therefore the shape of our industry.  As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with the head of Technology in a consultative Talent Advisor role, unearth and inspire top talent to join do their best work on this incredible journey and have a great time doing it!

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Partner closely with the Head of Technology as a Talent Advisor, guiding the conversation around forward looking talent acquisition and consulting as an expert in the technology talent market. 
  • Coach leaders and teams in developing and executing their recruiting playbook - define open roles, create sourcing strategies, design interview plans/scorecards and align all search stakeholders
  • Drive the full hiring life-cycle as the talent acquisition partner to one or more senior leaders in the Specialized global team
  • Identify, attract and actively pursue top talent at all levels to fill a variety of open positions requiring candidates with evidence of exceptional ability
  • Build strong relationships with prospective talent from diverse talent pools and underrepresented communities of people
  • Execute searches with speed – provide excellent follow up and follow through and drive the process forward, problem solving along the way
  • Drive cross-functional teamwork and collaboration to bring candidates home and close offers while delivering great hiring experiences for all involved
  • Deliver timely, meaningful progress updates and insights to stakeholders using data to drive the narrative and support decisions
  • Collaborate with teammates to design and iterate a world-class, globally relevant and scalable recruiting method to raise the bar with every hire
  • Mentor upcoming talent in the team in recruiting and business partnering best practices

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • At least 5-8 years of experience as a professional recruiter in high-growth, industry disrupting product environments
  • At least 3 of those years in in-house, high touch, technology recruiting
  • Demonstrated ability to be a business partner to senior leaders in deploying effective hiring playbooks for their rapidly growing teams
  • Proven experience in rapidly building high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams by hiring top talent and delivering positive experiences for everyone involved in the process
  • Demonstrated experience in strategically diversifying candidate pipelines and influencing processes to support inclusiveness in interview panels
  • Expertise leveraging ATS workflows to manage open jobs, candidate pipelines and developing status reports / dashboards
  • A great team-player mindset, a positive can-do spirit and the ability to thrive in ambiguous start-up environments
