Description

Responsible for consistently achieving sales growth objectives and Company brand initiatives through the effective management of all key activities within the accounts. Plan, organize and execute the sales and marketing activities of all brands in assigned Weekly accounts. Place POS, Coolers, and display racks in assigned accounts.

Core Job Functions

Make 100% of assigned sales calls and service all accounts on required designated days/WeeksTarget to meet all the distribution and activity standards within the accountManage all selling activities within the accounts to include order mgmt, merchandising, signage utilization, program execution, cooler placement, promotional activity, and ARKey Accountabilities and Workstreams

Analyze account base in order to identify key brand opportunitiesPre-plan sales calls and present new products and promotions to all buyersAggressively seek additional shelf and floor space expansionMerchandise and provide visibility to our brands through signage, and shelf talkersInform customers and actively sell in programs and activitiesAudit and maintain quality assurance (QA) standards for productsManage Accounts Receivables to be within credit termsUse all sales tools and resources for order entry and other sales related activitiesMaintain current route list with current data and informationActively participate in weekly sales meetings and sales eventsComplete tracking forms and trade surveys as required by manager in a timely fashionLeadership Requirements

Daily deadlines for a Sales Support Representative includes: meeting order entry deadlines, and meeting daily deadlines for seeing assigned accounts.Turn in money collected to office twice per week.Audit and maintain QA standards and notify management of deficiencies.A Sales Support Representative is sometimes responsible for performing duties beyond the normal workday.
