As a Business Analyst at TechOp Solutions International, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide situational awareness, critical information analysis, and timely decision-making to our clients.Responsibilities:Evaluate and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutionsGather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure all needs are addressedPerform data analysis and provide insights to inform decision-makingCreate and present reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in data analysis tools and techniquesExperience with requirements gathering, documentation, and managementAbility to work effectively in a team environmentKnowledge of Agile methodologiesExperience working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)Experience in the field of Homeland Security or Defense is a plus
