Requirement:• Knowledge of Distributed Processing Operations, procedures, and equipment• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques• Knowledge of the Client Service Manager product• Knowledge of information security best practices• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts• Experience in configuration and use of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Symantec Endpoint Suite, and mobile device management solutions• Skill in deploying and administering Windows 7 and Windows 10• Skill in enterprise deployment solutions for desktop operating systems• Skill in the removal of malware and recovery of system data• Skill in the administering of Windows scripting techniques• Ability to process information logically and solve problems• Ability to remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents• Ability to develop and conduct classroom computer-based training related to distributed systems components• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple priorities and work assignments• Strong communication and collaborative skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
