Job Description:Client's Enterprise Sourcing Data & Analytics group is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Contractor, Data Analyst to support our growing team with project coordination, business & data analytics, and business insights and intelligence reporting for enterprise use of third-parties.The ideal candidate must be a critical thinker and problem solver with demonstrated skills in delivering advanced data analytics to support commercial insights and Client.The candidate will be expected to harvest and analyze large, disparate data sets, create scenario-based data models which will be used to provide insights and Client for business decision making.The candidate must be able to drive multiple, large-complex analytics activities concurrently and with a keen attention to detail, effective time management, and focused on successful outcomes.Must be able to present and defend analysis findings during meetings with senior executives.dvanced knowledge of data analysis tools such as MS Excel is mandatory.Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI (or equivalent) is a plus.Support ESO Data & Analytics Tea in collection, distillation, synthetization, and presentation of third-party metrics to support business decision making.Providing advanced data analysis and use data to provide answers to business questionsHarvesting data from disparate systems and synthesize data for effective analytics and reportingPerforming data quality checks and conducting data lineage impact assessments as data source systems changeDocument data dictionary and associated process flows for recurring analytics requestsDocumentation management of all related data analysis and project activitiesDocument and follow up of new and active action items. Follow through to resolution / closure in a timely mannerttend meetings and present and defend data findings to cross-functional teamsssess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicableProviding ad-hoc administrative support, as requiredQualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management, computer science, or a related discipline requiredBusiness and Data Analytics Certification preferred5-7 years of data and business and data analysis experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment requireddvanced skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio. Must know Excel functions such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX, Boolean Functions, Slicers, Pivot Tables, Scenarios, Data Models. Ability to create Relational Data Models using Excel is preferredVisual Basic or SQL knowledge is a plusExperience in financial services industry is preferredExperience in vendor management, GSCM, risk management is a plusProject Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or related certification is a plusIndependent, organized, self-motivated, team playerbility to wear multiple hats and balance on a variety of activities requiring varying skill levels concurrently with focus on timely deliveryCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal leadership skillsdaptable to highly evolving environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills

RATE RANGE:

50.79-55.79/HR (negotiation expected)
