Job Responsibilities:Support end-users with IT-related problems in aresponsive and service oriented manner.Setup, management, and maintenance of IT-relatedequipment.Monitor backup jobs and ensure high level of completionsuccess rate.Manage time and projects effectively.Help put processes in place to maintain a stable networkenvironment.Training staff with IT related equipment.Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, andimplementation of systems.Develop and monitor performance levels of software andhardwareDevelop and maintain information architectures (data,application, network) ensuring the system is on-linedaily.Maintain hardware and software maintenanceagreements to ensure integrity of operationsprocesses.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systemsor related degree1-2 years in IT or Business SystemsClean criminal background checkClean Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) or child protectiveservices checkAcuity International is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
