Jr-mid level, 2+ years of experience (want someone who have real-world, professional experience)Taking requests for user administrationManaging the redshift clustersSupporting the dev team with the telemetry stuffColumnar (vertica) databases, any would be considered.All automation is with python and JenkinsWill be doing stand-ups where they go through tickets togetherIt's ok to come out of a smaller environment - they'll have a wider breadth of knowledge more likely than not.Soft skills- willingness to learn, jump right in, expand their skill-sets, eager and motivated.
