**JOB DESCRIPTION****LOCATION**LOGIN HR Recruiter (Home Care) New York Health Care DESCRIPTION New York Health Care, Inc. a licensed home care agency now in our 37th year of operation is seeking an experienced Home Care Recruiter for our Patchogue office in Suffolk County.This is a full time Monday Friday position with limited weekend assignments on an as needed basis. This position will include both in-office and field duties.Job functions to include:* Recruit HHAs (home health aides) and PCAs (personal care aides) throughout Suffolk and Eastern Nassau Counties* Prepare advertisements and job postings* Attend job fairs and present employment opportunities to the general population* Maintain personnel files in compliance with NYS DOH regulations* Perform all functions related to the hiring process from interview up to and including orientation* Build and maintain relationships within the community to develop referral sourcesRequirements:* Reliable transportation to cover field appointments and visits throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties* Excellent written, communication and customer service skills* Ability to work independently; detail oriented with ability to prioritize and follow up* Able and willing to cover if necessary other offices* Previous health care experience; preferably HR, compliance or recruiting* Knowledge of NYS DOH personnel hiring requirements* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite* High School DiplomaPreferred Qualifications:* Knowledge of HHA exchange software system* Previous home care recruiting/marketer experience* Knowledge and proven record on relationships with referral sources such as training schools* Bilingual Enlgish/SpanishCompensation:* Competitive pay commensurate with experience* PTO including holiday, vacation, sick and personal time off* Subsidized Medical/Dental insurance* Availability of employee funded voluntary insurance such as cancer, disability and lifePlease respond with resume and salary requirements.Job Type: Full-timeLOCATION 8 West Main Street Suite 7 Patchogue NY 11772
