Job Description Brookfield Property Group (BPG) is looking for a motivated individual with fund accounting experience to work on the Finance and Operations team. This position is more than a typical accounting role as the team is also heavily involved in fund operations.

l Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRSInvestment Company AccountingInteract with the external audit and tax reporting processes with big 4 firmsCompile, analyze and prepare funds' financial data and operating metricsCredit facility loan administration and complianceCoordinate with banks for foreign currency exchange and derivative transactionsCoordinate with fund administrator for accounting and reporting mattersPrepare investor reports, capital call and distribution noticesMaintain investor commitments and capital account statementsSupport marketing team with data collection and ad-hoc requestsAssist and coordinate with other departments to fulfill fund operations, reporting requirements and responding to inquiries from investorsCalculate management fee and waterfallAssist with providing financial information needed for compliance and regulatory filingsRequirements:

To qualify, candidates must have:3-5 years of experience, preferably with a CPAFund administration and accounting experience preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelThorough and meticulous with extreme focus on detailsStrong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skillsTeam orientedDemonstrated leadership ability and initiativeAbility to multi-task with good time management skills to meet multiple reporting deadlinesGood process management skillsExperience with Investran a plus
