Our community relies upon our Ambulance services, level one Nursery, cardiopulmonary services, clinics, dietary & café services, emergency services, imaging department, laboratory serving inpatient and outpatient needs, long-term care unit, acute nursing, pharmacy, physical rehabilitation, social services, surgery, mental health and chemical dependency services. Forks Community Hospital offers flexible scheduling and grants time off requests whenever possible so our employees can get out for fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and even surfing. ABOUT THE JOB Provide routine primary health care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on womens' health and obstetrics. Provider must possess knowledge of patient care modalities for infants, children, adults, pregnant women and geriatrics. Flexible schedule. QUALIFICATIONS: Washington State License and 3 years' experience in rural medicine preferred. Salaried/Exempt. Forks Community Hospital is an eligible site for both the Federal-State Loan Repayment Program (FSLRP) and the Health Professional Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP). Must have experience with C-sections.
