WHAT YOU'LL DOThe role of the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager is to lead the Miami office recruiting team and to drive the full spectrum of the global recruiting efforts supported out of Miami. You will be responsible for fulfilling the consulting staff people needs of the Miami office, including candidate pipeline development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and converting candidates. At the local office level, you will work with the Recruiting Managing Director and Partner (RMDP), Office Leader (OL), Business Management Director (BMD) and Recruiting Directors (RDs) as key stakeholder relationships. At the North America wide regional level, you will partner with recruiting directors at BCG core schools, and regional recruiting teams to lead and execute the annual recruiting pipeline across OneBCG, entry-level core business consulting (Associates and Consultants) from both campus and experienced hire pools, as well as support Experienced Hire, Digital, and Analytics recruiting efforts for the Miami office.Specifically, the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager teams with Miami office and regional leadership to develop the overall recruiting strategy for the Miami office. You are primarily responsible for the implementation of this strategy, in partnership with the South Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, the Miami Business Management Director, and the Miami Recruiting Directors (RDs), and the management of day-to-day operations of the Miami recruiting department. To the extent that the recruiting organizational structure and processes require change to ensure that these needs are met, the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager will suggest and implement those changes.The working model for this role is hybrid requiring a minimum of 50% in-office days per week at our Miami location.YOU'RE GOOD ATSupport Miami office recruiting strategy development (jointly with OL, BMD, TASM, RDs)Oversee office-specific recruiting efforts in support of annual Miami office Consultant and Associate hiring targets:Candidate pipeline development[In coordination with rest of global recruiting team] Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and converting candidates from managed schools/programs and formal channels (e.g., online applications, referrals), and candidates from "alternate" / industry / digital sources Decision-round interviewingOfferee conversionManage experienced hire recruiting efforts for Miami office in close coordination with region (by working with executive recruiters, Practice Area recruiting team, and other offices to fill Miami-office Project Leader, Principal, and Expert positions)Manage the local Experienced Hire recruiting process for the Miami office from marketing and events planning, through screening, interviewing and conversionResponsible for developing processes and driving change for new initiatives (e.g., short lead time recruiting, Advanced Degree Recruiting, going deeper at core schools, strengthen presence at local schools, GAMMA/digital recruiting)Manage the Miami office recruiting team: lead and develop the Miami Talent Acquisition Specialist (currently scoped as one direct report)Articulate BCG value proposition via candidate interactions, networking events, professional networks, etc.Ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and principles are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to conversion; recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipelineCultivate relationships with candidates, following up with all inquiries while developing BCG presence and positive experiencesOn-board and team with Miami RDs to develop, execute, and evaluate season-specific candidate strategies; specific efforts include:Specialist training and engagementSchool-specific candidate targeting activitiesCandidate coaching and feedback, relationship supportDecision-round candidate selection[With RP, OL] Final candidate offer decisionsConversion strategy and Offeree Lead coordination, trackingOfferee weekend strategies and executionManage Miami recruiting cadre training, commitment, and performance tracking processes (select and train interviewers, staff NAMR events and interviews with the right mix of consulting staff, ensure commitments are upheld, manage swap process, etc.)Manage Miami Associate and Consultant summer internship programs, including coordination and execution of orientation, training, case staffing, performance evaluation, and affiliation eventsManage annual budget for Miami office recruiting and internship activitiesEnsure recruiting records, global database, and metrics are up to date and accurateCollect and analyze information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts; monitor and analyze the competitive environment utilizing the regional analytics team as necessaryHelp drive continuous improvement efforts in Miami office recruiting; Work with other offices in the South system to improve recruiting efforts and identify synergies across the systemBuild network and liaise with peers in other offices as well as regional recruiting to ensure alignment on all initiatives; Actively participate in the Office Leads team meetings and joint workHelp create recruiting content for monthly Miami Officer/Principal meetings, Miami staff meetings, and other relevant forumsSupport broader Miami office Business Services Team (BST) management efforts; be a leader in the officeMeet and coordinate with other BST leadership in the office (e.g., working with the Finance manager on capacity planning and management)Lead and execute strategic projects as neededYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, MBA or other graduate degree strongly preferred10 or more years of previous recruiting, HR or other related experience.
