Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced
business professional
to join its growing organization as a
Strategy and Business Development Associate
. In this role, she/he will work in one of several departments at the firm, including the COO Group, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations, where you will work on challenging, high-impact projects. Also, you will play a role in the firm's success while gaining exposure to our businesses and receive coaching and mentoring from accomplished colleagues.
The firm has returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate complex business questions that drive the firm's long-term direction and growth opportunitiesPerform research and conduct rigorous analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methodsInnovate and make recommendations that impact the way the firm runs its business
