Marketing Director

who may work at any of our offices. The ALL4 Marketing Director is a professional who oversees the company’s brand identity and directs the communication of ALL4’s services, products, and initiatives to meet our aggressive growth strategy. The Marketing Director is a visible leader in the company and administers the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization. This individual should be a self-motivated, coachable, growth-oriented team member who can build relationships internally and externally, successfully direct projects, and work collaboratively across the organization. The ALL4 Marketing Director will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and strategize plans for business development. This position requires an understanding of the various services and products ALL4 consultants offer to sustain and drive content through various channels.

Primary responsibilities for this role include strategizing and directing marketing initiatives for the company and having a thorough understanding of digital analysis to evaluate the success of communication strategies in driving content and increasing brand awareness aligned with the company’s direction and goals.Requirements

Develop a strategic marketing plan to meet corporate growth goals and objectives.Effectively communicate the services and opportunities ALL4 provides to the regulated community.Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department’s operating budget.Plan, communicate, and coordinate the marketing of current and new products and services.Identify and plan production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage.Maintain knowledge on current and emerging products and services.Work with the Chief Growth Officer and the Chief Technical Officer, as well as other business leaders and business development professionals to share content drivers, analyze success of current programs, identify marketing campaigns to increase awareness of services and brand, and drive revenue growth.Direct and implement plans, programs, and promotions to increase market penetration and meet corporate objectives.Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches and inform stakeholders as appropriate.Develop, implement, and maintain procedures that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team.Own and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system.Identify scoring and data analysis from various programs to provide insights and lead qualifications to business development team.Oversee ALL4-sponsored client events and client outreach activities.Strategize approach, goal setting, budget distribution, and manage attendance for conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; analyze post-event reports.Collaborate with business units across company to drive existing and new content through various channels.Maintain a consistent corporate brand throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop marketing staff; manage schedules and workflow.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in a related field.10 to 15 years related experience.Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies, and practices.Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Experience managing and coordinating staff.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent).Keen attention to detail.Creative thinking with sound problem-solving skills and the ability to execute improvements.Entrepreneurial approach to marketing strategies and brand awareness.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Commitment to excellence and ALL4’s core values; openness to change, personal growth, and coaching.Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$130,000 at the time of posting. Factors taken into consideration when determining actual compensation include, but are not limited to, education, experience, skill set, location, and business or organizational needs. In addition, this role will also be eligible for the company bonus pool.
