BCT-LLC is seeking a Program Integrator 3 .
The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH. This position is located in Columbia, Maryland.

What you will do
Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, memos, and other documents within prescribedtimelines for review and analysis.Plan and execute acquisition activities following the organizations acquisition policies, processes, and practices.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and applicability of all inputs/advice.Perform program management activities to support the creation of standard processes and governance for the program.Assist with defining documentation and reporting requirements.Assist in the creation of programmatic documents.Assist Program Managers in baselining of Service and Development programs to include ARB briefings and documentation.Create and provide program status/reviews templates.What you will need
Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DA WIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.What we Offer
