Outline of the Role:Solutioning of high-performing and thoughtfully architected software applications that satisfy our internalbusiness needs and guest experiences. Has proven experience in effectively applying architectural bestpractices and forward thinking to build, enhance and sustain technology solutions that supports anorganization that grows at an explosive rate.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:? Solution/system Design of System architecture and roadmap? Utilize architecture best practices and standards in design and build.? Design and document re-usable and scalable frameworks and components? Provide first level effort and cost assessments to departmental initiatives.? Coordinate & collaborate with counterparts in other departments to ensure technology solutions arebuilt for the enterprise.? Assist management in making technology decisions by weighing in on risk and ROI? Participate and contribute to yearly strategic initiative planning and funding discussions.? Collaborate with Product Management, Domain Architects and Lead Engineer to bring projects fromconcept to implementation.? Serves as primary technical solution design architect for one or more teams and their systems andintegrations.? Serves as primary decision escalation resource for addressing architecture and integration issuesaffecting their team.? Continuously drive improvements in areas like performance, security, automation, quality,monitoring, and reliability of platforms? Develops and maintains current and future-state architecture models and ensures all documentationis kept up to date.? Keeps up with industry best practices, technologies, architectures, trends, emerging technologies anddevelop proof of concept projects to validate new ideas.
