Core Responsibilities:1) Define and deliver on complex analytical deep dives to unlock insights that inform traffic investment and traffic marketing strategies.2) Own end-to-end production of metrics reporting in Excel and Tableau that the organization relies on to run the business.3) Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Engineers and other engineering teams to build scalable, efficient, automated and easy-to-use data platforms.4) Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and design BI solutions to facilitate decision-making process.5) Provide ongoing support to business and other engineering teams who are using SFBI published datasets/reports, such as ensure the on time delivery and data quality of the reports.

The ideal candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex business contexts, and, above all else, is passionate about data and analytics. He/she is an expert with SQL, Tableau, and business intelligence tools and passionately partners with the business to identify strategic opportunities where data driven insights creates outsized business impact. He/she is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoys working in a fast-paced and global team. Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: data science, data engineering, business intelligence or business analytics.

Basic qualifications* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering).* Demonstrated ability in formulating analytical business problem statements, executing the analysis and presenting insights in crisp business language.* Proven track record of driving complex, ambiguous projects.* Proficiency in writing complex, highly optimized SQL queries across large datasets.* Proficiency in building scalable data pipelines from end to end.* Proficiency in building Tableau Dashboard.* Ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion.

Preferred Qualifications* MBA or advanced degree in analytics, computer science or data engineering* 5+ years of experience as a BI Engineer, Business/Financial Analyst or Systems Analyst in an internet-based company with large, complex data sources.* Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, EMR and RDS.* Experience with Machine Learning concepts and tools (Python proficiency a strong plus).* Knowledge with statistical and/or econometric modeling.* Demonstrated experience defining and driving an analytics roadmap.
