Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 3 month contract-to-hire opportunity in Henderson, NV to provide high-level desktop and IT support.
QualificationsThis role requires a minimum of 2+ years of IT support and field hardware break-fix experience.A+ Certification or willing to obtain A+ certification within 90 days.OEM Certifications (Dell/Lenovo Etc.)Apple/Mac ExperienceImaging from Network and USBLaptop/Desktop/Printer hardware and software support experienceServiceNOW experienceResponsibilities
Paid Training.Provide exceptional, daily, On-Site Customer Service interaction with high profile client executives.Provide excellent time management and reporting skillsBe familiar with various operating systems (e.g. - Windows OS, OSX, Linux/Unix)Manage triage, troubleshooting and resolution to client scope on IT equipmentOccasionally works at heights of 20' to 25', lift equipment training providedDocument efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases/tickets dailyInsight to PC, Printers, Thin Clients, AP's, Servers, Network switch equipment, MFDs, Tablets
