• Front line support via ticketing system• Support and administrate users on Office 365• Work with and troubleshoot issues with Microsoft and Mac operation systems.• Troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers (local and networked) and other peripheral devices.• Image machines for associates• Install and configure software.• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Experience supporting and users on cloud-based systems.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent customer service skills• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions as given.• In office desktop support
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree Required• Ability to advise on suitable hardware and software to meet company needs.• Ability to acquire, install, test, and maintain project components and operating systems.• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.• Goes the extra mile to help the team get the work done, even if it extends beyond the job description.• Takes the initiative to work hard and create good work in a fast-paced environment.• Works collaboratively with others within and beyond the team• Minimum of 1 year of exp. in a relative role
