The Forklift Operator may be tasked with case picking, full pallet picking, eaches picking, loading or unloading trailers, rail-cars, or containers, or stacking, re-stacking, or replenishing product. The position also requires using an RF scanner to track inventory movement throughout the warehouse. Position requires lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the shift and extensive standing, walking, and lifting in a non-climate controlled environment.**Productivity:**1. Meet established productivity standards specific to the account2. Understand the stocking strategy (location of product)3. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)4. Follow customer work instructions**Safety:**1. Follow established Dock Safety Policy2. Complete lift inspection prior to operation3. Report all equipment malfunctions to manager and/or maintenance immediately4. Follow safety and security policies and SOPs**Quality:**1. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are error and damage free2. Ensure that product is scanned properly and matches the item code on the product, pick lists, stocking lists, and physical product3. Complete all Inbound and Outbound paperwork accurately and completely4. Report all product damage to your supervisor or manager5. Maintain inventory accuracy and report all inventory discrepancy to supervisor or manager**Initiative:**1.
