** Forklift Operator**Division: Cushion Vinyl Location: Cartersville, USDate: Oct 5, 2021 Key responsibilities Include:- Strictly comply with all safety rulesLoading and Unloading Trucks :Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Inspect your assigned lift truck for any visual damage , working conditions and note any problems on the your daily inspection report and also notify you Supervisor immediately- Get work assignment for you Supervisor daily- Follow the SOP procedures on how to pick orders , locate rolls and make saw cuts- Attend and participate in daily distribution pre shift meetings- Practice 5s throughout the warehouse- Communicate with your Supervisor and or the Shipping office of damaged or lost products assigned to pull for shipments- Keep track of daily performance and submit it to your Supervisor- Strictly promote and comply with the safety rules established by Beauflor- Responsible for the cleanliness in your work area and the equipment you use daily- Operate Pole, Scissor and or Fork lift as needed- Refer to the documented SOPs that are stored in the shipping office for each job tasks on how to perform them.Transporting and Unloading Trollies :Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Inspect your assigned lift truck for any visual damage , working conditions and note any problems on the your daily inspection report and also notify you Supervisor immediately- Assist production needs by suppling empty trollies for finished roll goods.- Assist and communicate with Krogel/ Quality associates by suppling empty trollies once a complete trolley is ready.- Unload finished roll goods brought from production/ Krogel line into the warehouse storage bins.- Perform job duties by operating a tug industrial vehicle and a pole hyster vehicle.- By using SAP program, perform a trolley check-in after every completed trolley to insure roll goods are in proper storage.- Communicate with other shift trolley associates before and after your shift , to avoid mix messages.- Follow the SOP procedures on how to Transport Trollies and how to locate rolls- Attend and participate in daily distribution pre shift meetings- Practice 5s throughout the warehouse- Communicate with your Supervisor and or the Shipping office of damaged or lost products from Trollies or bin , this also includes equipment used- Keep track of daily performance and submit it to your Supervisor- Responsible for the cleanliness in your work area and the equipment you use daily- Operate Pole, Scissor and or Fork lift as needed- Refer to the documented SOPs that are stored in the shipping office for each job tasks on how to perform them.- Other duties as assignedProvider Description Enabled SAP as service provider* "route" is used for session stickiness* "careerSiteCompanyId" is used to route the request to the correct data center* "JSESSIONID" is placed on the visitor's device during the session so the server can identify the visitor* "Load balancer cookie" (actual cookie name may vary) prevents a visitor from bouncing from one instance to anotherProvider Description Enabled YouTubeProvider Description Enabled AddThisGoogle Analytics Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic.Google Tag Manager Google Tag Manager is a tag management system for conversion tracking, site analytics, remarketing, and more.LinkedIn
