A health services organization in New York City is currently seeking a new Salesforce Architect to join their growing Information Technology Department in a Remote capacity. In this role, the Salesforce Architect (Remote) will be responsible for spearheading efforts to adapt and utilize Salesforce by providing support to business operations.

Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Architect (Remote) will:Provide leadership in the overall Salesforce architecture, application design and development of the systemBuild solutions on Salesforce that are secure, scalable, and meet the business requirementsEnsure that the solution, and all customizations to the platform meet best practicesEnsure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire productDesign documentation and best practice methodologiesCreate & deliver, in a timely and accurate fashion, CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, Vlocity and J2EE technologiesOrganize the process for successful project delivery to the end usersPlan and manage the application deployment using Azure CD/CI pipelineReview Salesforce capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within SalesforceStudy existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as requiredOversee programming development and testing of interfaces according to the specificationsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:

10+ years of related professional experienceAssociate's and/or Bachelor's DegreeDeep understanding of Salesforce productsKnowledgeable on all Salesforce offerings, sales cloud, service cloud, force.com, etc.Experience in full cycle programming.Strong understanding of Microsoft DevOps framework; Content Versioning; Agile methodologyStrong experience with Database design, including Microsoft SQL Server database platform (latest version) with a focus on T-SQLWorking experience with Marketing and Customer Service in HealthcareFamiliarity with ServiceNowSolid analytical and problem solving skillsSolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organized
