For more information, visit or follow Vericast on .**Job Description**The Implementation Specialist I handles ongoing client management support and escalated problem resolution as well as works with smaller clients to implement all aspects of a financial institutions ATM Debit and Credit Card fulfillment. This work involves coordinating with supplier's, vendors, and internal resources to meeting client and business needs.**KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**Inbound and Outbound Customer Support- Responsible for managing communications from/to clients internal support staff and vendor on common business practices for the cards business. Work to determine appropriate path for resolution.Investigation and Resolution- Research and resolve support production and billing issues. Work with internal teams and vendor assets to gather interpret and communicate information from different sources and work to determine root cause and resolution.Program Setup - Set up and test new card programs for small non-chip (non-EMV) card encoding programs. Projects tasks to include: set up client meetings, maintain project plans checklists and secure appropriate resources. Responsible for overall project control quality and deliverables.Client Management - Manage ongoing client support projects including but not limited to replacement card stock and collateral paper orders. Tasks include handling proofing approvals and coordination with outsource vendors and client from inception to billing.Sales Support - Communicates effectively and professionally with sales organization to ensure stability and growth of business.
