The Senior Analyst - BI&A supports the delivery of sophisticated Business Intelligence and data solutions, primarily for business team member consumption, and leads low/medium complexity projects for the Business Intelligence & Analytics team.Functional Responsibilities

» Assess the current state of a process that requires a BI solution by mapping the process and identifying data inputs and outputs.» Lead the documentation business and technical requirements for BI solutions» Lead the creation of advanced Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) BI solutions to support key business decisions, ensuring quality and accuracy of work you're doing» Review existing BI solutions to incorporate standard methodologies to optimize their performance» Translate business requirements into an efficient BI solution with minimal direction» Understand bugs in BI solutions and provide efficient solutions to partners» Maintain data models and dashboards that support key business decisions» Provide BI advisory/consultancy/training to team members and business partnersScope / Supervision and Interaction» Makes decisions appropriate for level of responsibility, raises concerns to the appropriate level of management, and keeps management advised of activities; Relies on management for key decision-making» Receives new assignments from manager / senior team members to implement» Manager / senior team members review deliverables» Build productive team and business partner working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaboratingQualifications

» 3 - 5 years of experience in extracting, redefining, loading, and visualizing data» Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or other quantitative/technology field» Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)» Demonstrable experience using Power BI as an advanced user (DAX and M)» Basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate» Demonstrable experience in scripting languages (e.g. R, Python) is a plus» Demonstrable experience working with relational or multidimensional databases (e.g. SQL, Hyperion) is a plus» Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative skills with an ability to exercise good judgment and make timely, supportable decisionsKey Competencies
