80-90/hour. Conversion salary for candidates at 140-150k

Job ResponsibilitiesGuide team development efforts towards successful project deliveryProvide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorshipMaintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habitsIdentify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.Collaborate with other software developers, business analyst and software architect to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applicationsAssist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plansPrepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of softwareDesign, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standardsParticipate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related codeWork with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current technologiesDevelop, refine, and tune integrations between applicationsAnalyze and resolve technical and application problemsQualifications
10+ years' experience as a full stack software developerCollege or University degree in Computer Science or a related disciplineProficient with HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, React or AngularJs and TSQLIn-depth knowledge and experience with developing web applications with service-oriented framework, Microservices and Rest APIsExperience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environmentsStrong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and ScrumExperience with debugging, performance profiling and optimizationInternally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environmentStrong communication skillsStrong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processesMust be able to work on-site with our team
