The Senior Salesforce Architect must meet the below criteria:

Bachelors
Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Work Authorization:

Key Skills:
Experience designing and developing technical solutions using Salesforce by translating the clients’ business requirements into specific systems and applications
Experience with Apex (classes, triggers, and web services) and API experience required (ie. SOAP, REST, APEX, Metadata)
Overview
The Salesforce Architect will join the growing Salesforce CRM team with primary responsibility for all phases of the software lifecycle of Salesforce based solutions. This position will work closely with design, implementation and test application features and capabilities for an enterprise CRM supporting an internal and external user base of more than 1M users.
Responsibilities
Serve as lead on CRM architecture team
Collaborate closely with the development and management team to plan, develop, implement, and deploy Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
Translate the clients’ business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for technical solutions using Salesforce
Assess customer requirements and architecture to design secure, high-performance technical solutions
Create and deliver workflow solutions using Salesforce
Responsible for the design, development, and support of Salesforce related projects
Troubleshoot issues, identify enhancements and work with team to resolve issues
Implement, test, and deploy changes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
Provide detailed reports on cost modeling, trend analysis and other associated workflows
Comply to coding standards for performance, ease of maintenance and scalability and application security
Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards
Qualifications
Experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform to deliver projects using SDLC and/or Agile methodologies
Design and build high-performance complete technical solutions on the Salesforce platform through translating customer business requirements
Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning and/or Visualforce
Extensive experience with development, implementation, customization, and integration of software systems
Experience with data modeling, data management and scalability
Experience with full SDLC from technical design to development, testing and deployment
Software development experience (ie. Java, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, and/or JSP/JSF)
Prior leadership experience
Ability to work with diverse team and multiple stakeholder environment with client interfacing skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Salesforce Certification (ie. Certified Salesforce Professional, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Technical Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, App Builder etc.)
Cloud / AWS experience; Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and / or Marketing Cloud
CompTIA Security+ certification
