Key Responsibilities:
Creating business requirement documents and functional requirements by analyzing, defining, and formalizing business ¿processes and requirements and acting as an AEM subject matter expert.Conduct workshops and user interviews to gain insights into user perspective, understand Client Requirements, ¿propose integration solutions, help businesses/clients in preparing the Business Requirement Docs (BRD), Prepare ¿Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)Supports other project team members such as Testers, Architects, etc.Requirements:
5+ years of relevant work experienceA solution Business Analyst with experience in cross-functional teams in development, documentation, and delivery processes to attain business goals.Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle phases and knowledge of defect management and tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc.Experience authoring user stories, including acceptance criteria and understanding of AEM.Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to details
