We make transformation possible by attracting our future leaders, designing, and delivering best-in-class learning, engaging, and retaining top talent.The GLKM Knowledge Management team is dedicated to ensuring our GSG servicing colleagues have the most up-to-date and relevant information at their fingertips, looking after both the intake of new documentation and the governance and overall management of our content library.The TWA Knowledge Management Analyst will work closely with subject matter experts across GSG teams and business partners to develop and deliver well-written knowledge management content for our GSG servicing colleagues. This position will focus on the curation and enhancement of critical processes, procedures, benefit information and more, and will support the overall governance of our content library. This role is ideal for someone who is an excellent project manager, proactive, meticulous, strong verbal, and written communicator, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.This position works with the knowledge management writers and supports the creation of documentation to ensure that all business requesters and process owners' procedures align to a consistent voice of servicing that represents the brand of Client in both performance capabilities and learning content. The Knowledge Management team uses systems such as Bloomreach, Colleague Help Center (CHC), ServiceNow and Jive (The Square) to deliver our knowledge management goals.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the intake, assessment, and ongoing maintenance of knowledge management content.Partner across GLKM and with SMEs to ensure continuous accuracy and accessibility of content.Partner with Governance and Quality analysts and writers within the Knowledge Management team to ensure timely, high-quality content that meets SLAs.Ensure partner feedback and priorities are aligned with content output.Qualifications

Strong command of verbal and written English. Strong attention to detail (required)In-depth knowledge of technical writing standards/principles and knowledge of HTML (required)Track record of successfully handling multiple projects at once and delivering project plans with measured results. (required)Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with excellent project management skills.
