Preferred Home Care of New York, a fully licensed Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area including Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, is seeking a top tier Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist for our Brooklyn Corporate Office who pays extreme attention to detail, is proficient with excel, and is a team player. Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist will enjoy working independently and apart of a dynamic and supportive intake team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Review & Analyze information from intake data base to create accurate reports
Keep track of incoming authorizations & enrollments to ensure they are credited to the appropriate account managers & referral sources
Log and track all outgoing business
Reviewing invoices from third party companies.
REQUIRMENTS:
Analytical individual with a high level of organization skills is required
Two years of experience in home care is a plus not requires
High school graduate; some college credit preferred
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills; able to perform without much supervision.
