Job Title: Product Owner
Top 3 Must Haves:1. Good Domain understanding in Loyalty and Rewards space is greatly appreciated2. 3+ years of experience in Technical project or product management with background of SRE/DevOps, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, network routing and architecture, high availability engineering etc.3. Strong prioritization and organizational skills with ability to translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations team, creating and maintaining feature backlog of infrastructure enhancements and production fixes- Work closely with stakeholders and coordinate with operations teams to restore service while minimizing harm- Participate in envisioning sessions to understand platform growth, formulating and delivering solutions to ensure platform scalability to meet volume targets- Communicate system interruptions and maintain relationships with external teams during periods of system outages- Translate business requirements into units of work to be accomplished by operations and development teams
Additional Information:A desire to continuously learn about internal systems and new technologies to be able to understand and suggest enhancement to current and planned system expansion- Knows agile best practices and executes them to move the product forward in a fast-paced product development environment- Excellent digital collaboration skills, being able to work across multiple geographic regions and time zones using various internet-based tools- Skilled collaborator, and influencer with ability to challenge the status quo from within- Work closely with stakeholders (such as engineering & product community, production support, business stakeholders)- Knowledge of financial services or credit card processing is desirable- A bachelors degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent work experience in a software of financial industry
