The Senior Salesforce Developer must meet the below criteria:

Years’ Experience:
7+ years Salesforce experience
Education:
Bachelors
Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Work Authorization:
Must be a US citizen
Key Skills:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or other Salesforce Developer certifications required (ie. Salesforce Certified App Builder, Platform Developer I)
Experience with Apex (classes, triggers, and web services) and API experience required (ie. SOAP, REST, APEX, Metadata)
Experience integrating systems with Salesforce
Overview
The Salesforce Developer will perform full-cycle software development tasks in an Agile Software Development environment. This position will work closely with design, implementation and test application features and capabilities for an enterprise CRM supporting an internal and external user base of more than 1M users.
Responsibilities
Designing Salesforce interfaces
Coding against the Salesforce API’s
Designing the data model
Design and develop enterprise mid-tier components of web driven n-tier application framework
Implement web services, data persistence access features and external interfaces to third-party systems
Partner closely with front-end and database engineers to ensure features are developed holistically
Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout SDLC to identify issues/defects
Perform code reviews prior to deployment
Collaborate with technical product owners, scrum masters, and release managers to plan, develop, and deploy Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
Comply to coding standards for performance, ease of maintenance and scalability and application security
Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards
Qualifications
Experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform to deliver projects using SDLC and/or Agile methodologies
Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, and/or Visualforce
Extensive experience with development, implementation, customization, and integration of software systems
Experience with full SDLC from technical design to development, testing and deployment
Software development experience (ie. Java, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, and/or JSP/JSF)
Prior leadership experience
Ability to work with diverse team and multiple stakeholder environment with client interfacing skills
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Experience working with Skuid (Metadata) objects in Salesforce
Cloud / AWS experience; Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and / or Marketing Cloud
Continuous Integration experience
CompTIA Security+ certification
