Job DescriptionThe Infrastructure Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing program NEXT infrastructure requirements for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), WAM (Work Asset Management), MWM (Mobile Workforce Management), and CIS (Customer Information System) projects.The infrastructure Lead will be responsible for provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance and administration of system hardware, servers, cloud servers' connectivity, VPN/firewall rules configurations, enabling SSO (Single Sign-on), Certificate installation, configure load balance, and related infrastructure to support the program NEXT.This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software, and related procedures adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for helping maintaining company Windows servers and VMware platform in Corporate and business unit environmentsMaintain, create/delete user accounts, develop Active Directory Group policies and manageActive Directory DNS maintenance. Verify that systems are properly protected and monitor network usage to ensure security of data and access privilegesImplement server and storage consolidation/migration/archiving as necessary. Add storage capacity as requests come in for expansion.Follow security standards for patching servers, VMware, devices and systemsBuild, test, and maintain new virtual serversPerform root cause analysis of tickets raised and create action plan to resolve problemMonitoring and maintaining virtual servers, Hyperflex and UCS environmentsManage and maintain an on-premises Active Directory, Azure and Office 365 environments.Implement security directives and procedures to prevent potential threatsResponding to alerts/alarms and escalations according to standard operating proceduresInstall operating systems and update them as required. Install end-user software utilizing installation packages so that such software can be deployed remotely from a central server to many workstations at once.Maintain server accessibility, integrity, and recoverability. Resolve performance problems and recover from system outagesManage/support field & Mobile device equipment and deploymentsImplement Single Sign On as neededHelp manage and implement Security (SSL) CertificatesPerform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of IT experience as an IT Systems Administrator5+ years of IT experience and be certified to work with VMware, Active Directory/LDAP, AADP, SSO and Windows Server Systems AdministrationBachelor's degree or experience in Information Technology related field of study with a network engineering focus.Professional certifications a plus (VCP, MSCA, Microsoft Certified Azure administrator)Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely both spoken and written. Visio experience a plusAbility to multi-task, analyze and solve problems quickly with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working with vendors and consultants.Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsValid Driver's license as travel will be required from time to time based on the needs of the businessAbility to multitask and work on several priorities concurrent*M
